Day 3- Trying To Eat More Healthy

During my 31 Day Challenge I will also be posting some good recipes to help you eat healthier!

The first one that I have made and ate was delicious!! It also just seems to be the season!

I am not one to cook! My best meals are breakfast meals!!

But, I gave it a shot and loved it!!!

It definitely does not look as good as Kelly's did but it tasted very delicious!
The good thing about this is 1 pot made 8 servings so I can have it numerous times during the week and it's healthy!
