Well it looks like I've made it a week! So how do I feel?
Honestly I feel like I'm in way over my head with this challenge, it's easy to set a goal privately and fail because nobody else really knows about it.
I made the challenge online in front of everybody so my failure is broadcasted all over the internet.
One week in and I feel completely discouraged!
One week in and I have temptation and troubles!
One week in and I'm facing disappointment!
But, I will not let this stop me!
Tomorrow is a new day and a new week!
So, what have I learned in this first week?
I have to schedule days to work out!
I have to schedule days to work out!
I have to keep myself accountable so I will do better!
I have learned a couple things....
1. I hate working out
2. I hate dieting/eating healthy
3. I am very lazy
I enjoy just going with the flow of things. I enjoy eating whatever I want, doing what I want and when I want to.

I have also learned that I am not very disciplined at all!
I am going to take all this negative and make it positive!!
